The service fee we charge is about more than just a transaction – it’s your ticket to premium, wholesale prices within a given catalogue. This single fee takes care of freight, handling, and administrative tasks, streamlining your experience. Best of all, the fee can be discounted or entirely waived with larger, volume-based orders. Give us a call to see what we can do for you.

Both cotton and polyester have their advantages. Cotton is soft, has a matte finish, looks corporate, and is biodegradable. However, it’s more expensive, can shrink if not washed correctly, and might need ironing.

On the other hand, polyester is durable, flexible, easy-care, and offers a varied range of styles. Yet, it can feel clingy and may have a shiny finish that some find less flattering. It’s essential to understand your staff, industry, and fabric quality requirements when choosing.

Absolutely! Get in touch with us to discuss your needs. We offer the flexibility of shipping to your business location, or you can opt to meet with us in-store for a more personalised experience.

We recommend meeting with us in-store to try on samples. If that’s not possible, or if we don’t have specific stock on hand, sample packs are another great alternative.

Before investing in samples, consult the size charts in our catalogues. They provide insights into various fits, helping you choose the most suitable style. Check out our comprehensive sizing guides here.

We would love to meet you! Stepping into our showroom is about more than just browsing; it’s about experiencing. From feeling the quality of our fabrics to having a face-to-face chat with our expert designers, the showroom offers you the best way to make informed choices.

Both screen printing and embroidery have their unique benefits. Learn about their distinct advantages and choose what best aligns with your brand here.

Yes, they can. However, the back print on kid’s tops might be smaller than on adult apparel. This requires a different screen setup. We usually suggest printing on the front left or right breast of children’s tops, which is more budget-friendly.

For most products, we don’t have a minimum order, but instead charge a small service fee. The service fee provides you access to the lowest ticket price in Australia, includes shipping, and removes the need to purchase excess stock you don’t need, saving you money overall. Our service fee may be discounted or waived on volume orders.

The exception to this is screen printing, which has a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 30.

If you have any questions about order quantities or the service fee, please contact us.

Yes, most of our stock can be directly shipped to your business undecorated. However, not all warehouses offer this service, so it’s best to check with us first.

Yes, every approved order gets a visual concept before production. This concept is in PDF format and will be saved to your portal for easy reference.

Good advice

Top tips from industry experts.

Your uniform isn’t just for show – it serves a practical purpose. Opt for garments that are comfortable to wear for extended periods and are tailored to the specific demands of your industry. Remember, an uncomfortable employee might not project the best image for your brand.

While aesthetics can be a significant factor in uniform selection, don’t make them the sole focus. Relying on a specific colour can limit fabric choices, sizes, and decoration methods. Timeless hues like black, navy, grey, and charcoal are versatile and available across various fabrics, styles, and sizes. These colours not only look professional but also withstand wear and tear effectively.

While cotton is a popular choice, it might not always be the best fit for every organisation, especially considering its price point. Polyester offers a plethora of choices. It’s budget-friendly, durable, and requires minimal maintenance. However, it’s crucial to invest in high-quality polyester or blends, steering clear of subpar synthetics which might compromise on comfort and longevity.

Your uniform is a testament to your brand’s professionalism, not an advertisement board. It’s rare for someone to call or reach out based solely on your uniform’s contact details.

Avoid cluttering your uniform with phone numbers, emails, and social media links. Such over-embellishment might not only appear cheap but could also attract the wrong kind of attention.

Remember, your audience is close by. There’s no need for oversized logos. Keeping your uniform’s design simple, without multiple variations or multicoloured requirements, ensures clarity and can save costs.

Avoid complicating your design. A simple, clear logo, placed appropriately, ensures you hit your budget targets while retaining a stylish and professional appearance.
