Inivi – FAQ

Yes. We brand Inivi caps with embroidery (including 3D/puff where suitable), premium transfers or woven/embroidered patches. We'll match the method to your artwork and cap profile so seams, eyelets and curvature don't distort the logo. Your branded Inivi caps will look clean and hold up to everyday use.

How long do Inivi caps take to arrive?

  • Non-Decorated Stock: Please allow 1-5 working days for order delivery. *Subject to stock selection and availability & delivery address.
  • New Orders: Please allow 10-15 working days for order completion from date of approval.
  • Repeat Orders: Please allow 7-10 working days for order completion from date of approval.

Please Note: Lead times may change throughout the year based upon stock availability, peak demand, order volumes and decoration requirements.

Can I order Inivi cap samples to check fit and shape?

Absolutely. Trying samples is the best way to compare crown height, visor shape and closures. We can supply a focused set of Inivi caps; a modest freight/admin fee may apply and is often credited when you proceed.

What artwork files do you need for Inivi cap branding?

Please send vector artwork (EPS, AI or editable PDF). For embroidery we digitise and test-sew your logo to confirm stitch density on the curved panels. We'll also Pantone-match thread or ink so repeat orders of branded Inivi caps stay consistent.
