There is no simple answer to this as many factors need to be considered and we recommend you chat with one of our Brand Consultants to get the best advice for your specific needs
Here’s a few pros and cons for both techniques
EMBROIDERY Pros:
There is no colour charge set-ups
Managing colour changes with thread is not as complex as ink can be
Embroidery is appropriate for nearly all garments, such as hats or beanies or jackets
There are no minimum order quantities with embroidery orders
EMBROIDERY Cons:
Fine detail is not possible
Text should be no less than approx 5mm high
Large decoration areas are costly
Large embroidery areas can cause distortion to the garment material
SCREEN PRINT Pros:
Great value for larger volume orders
1 colour or 2 prints can be very cost effective compared to embroidery
Large printed areas are cost effective compared to embroidery
Fine detail is achievable
SCREEN PRINT Cons:
Colour charges apply – the more colours in your logo, the more it costs to set it up and to print it
Not all garments are suitable for printing – Hats, Beanie, Rain Jackets and Polar Fleece are best embroidered
Yes. You can orders samples and then return the sample for a credit to your account

Yes, we deliver to your place of business.
As we use Couriers for all deliveries a signature is required at time of delivery. Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery between the hours of 8:30 to 5pm Mon-Fri.
